By using this website, you ("the user") agree to the following terms.

1. I ("the author"), the author of thebrokenflower.neocities.org ("the website"), Theocracy James Rocca (also known as Filomena Denise Rocca), reserve all rights to the contents and source code contained in the website, other than the rights granted to the user as specified in this document.

2. The user is granted the right to copy and distribute the written work contained in "corpus.js" for non-commercial purposes, provided that:
i. Each copy contains the unmodified words of a part or the whole of the written work contained in "corpus.js". HTML and Javascript formatting shall not be considered "words", and shall instead be subject to the terms of clause 4 regarding source code.
ii. Each copy contains or is attached to an attribution to the author.

The user is not granted the right to include the work contained in "corpus.js" in any work intended to be sold or used for any other commercial purpose.

3. The user is granted the right to copy and share the musical works contained in the website for non-commercial purposes, provided that:
i. Each copy contains the unmodified data of a part or the whole of the original file.
ii. Each copy is attached to an attribution to the author.

The user is not granted the right to include any of the musical works contained in the website in any other work without previous written permission.

4. The user is granted to right to copy, modify, publish and distribute the source code of the website for non-commercial purposes. "Source code" shall include all HTML, CSS, and Javascript code contained in the website, excluding all parts otherwise specified in this document.

5. The user is forbidden from using the whole or any part of the website in the training of any artificial intellignce or machine learning tool, program, or application.

6. The user is forbidden from using the whole or any part of the website in any work intended to be included in an NFT, or for any purpose relating to the promotion of NFTs or cryptocurrency.
